Game Update for April 26, 2003 (Release 2.9.0)

This new update contains the following changes:

• Updated some NPC character images to make them more photorealistic
• Added new banking system, including Ruben Bank and banker Amar Rauf.
• Changed battles so you can escape only three times, and only if you have 250 gold per escape.
• Removed test artifact in Ruben.
• Replaced Wolf Pack (3 wolves) with Wolf Pair (2 wolves) in the Woods.
• Added second floor to some tents in the Market.
• Added chimneys and smoke to all buildings in the Market.
• Added vegetation and scattered rocks to several maps.
• Added icon over NPCs when it is their birthday.
• Enabled friendship mechanism and gifting.
• Enabled NPCs to join Brendylynn's party when they have enough friendship points.
• NPCs shop owners can join the party and return to their shop when it is entered.
• Added Quests 2 through 10.
• When Brendylynn stays at the Ruben Inn, she can now sleep in any of the 10 beds there.
• Restored tileset used by Game Over screen.
• Rebuilt and improved the friendship journal system.
• Fixed problems with game blowing up when processing save files.
